Ukraine Trident have announced their squad for the upcoming fixture against Thailand Rugby League for the Beer, Footy and Food festival. The match, which will include a minute silence for the Ukrainian victims from the current invasion, will be the first meeting between the sides and will be a good challenge for the Trident side.

Ukraine have selected a mixture of youth and experienced players, with several of them hoping to to gain selection for the full international side that will participate against Italy and Greece in the European Rugby League Championship at the end of the year.

The game will be a part of the iconic ‘Beer, Footy and Food festival’, with an expected crowd of 10,000+ to watch a host of games, eat numerous different food options and at least 20 different brewers in attendance.

As a part of our involvement, we have been informed a selection of Ukrainian foods and beverages will be available on the day and to celebrate that, we have been given a unique code for a discount for fans of Ukraine Rugby League – Just use: Ukraine10

This will be a massive event for Ukrainians in Australia and would love as many people as possible wearing Blue and Gold and waving as many flags as possible.
